Description: Download and analyze air pollution data from three
        sources. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India
        publishes historical and real-time particulate matter and air
        quality index readings from more than 600 continuous ambient
        air quality monitoring stations
        <https://airquality.cpcb.gov.in/ccr/>. Open Air Quality (OAQ)
        aggregates low-cost sensor networks in India. The Atmospheric
        Composition Analysis Group at Washington University in St.
        Louis provides satellite-derived fine particulate matter
        (PM2.5) estimates at 0.01 degree resolution for 1998-2024
        <https://www.satpm.org>. Includes station lookup,
        nearest-station matching, the CPCB National Air Quality Index
        computed from pollutant concentrations, and regional PM2.5
        summaries from 'NetCDF' rasters. An R port of the 'vayuayan'
        'Python' package.
